RAIN GARDEN DESIGN FOR RESILIENT LANDSCAPES
Qing Lana Luo, OSU Landscape Architecture faculty, will discuss how to design and incorporate a water garden into the landscape. Rain gardens are one of the key components for water collection and management leading to landscape resilience and sustainability.
Kenton Peters will guide guests through the Will Rogers Park and Greenhouse. Will Rogers Park has a wide range of gardens, extensive paths, and the Ed Lycan Conservatory.
Parking is free. Parking is available on the North side, via entrances off of 36th Street. Another parking lot is located south of the Greenhouse, off of N Grand Blvd.

He was a professor of floriculture with OSU’s Department of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture for 18 years. He is a wealth of horticulture knowledge, that he loves to share with youth and adults.
